hard to make sure they’re getting in all their nutrients and vitamins in our modern day diet. Sometimes we have to cut corners for convenience. But what if I told you that there are HEALTHY options out there that can fit seamlessly into your busy life??

I invited a Registered Dietician into my home to go through my pantry and refrigerator. Meet Dezi Abeyta (@fitdadcoach). We did a food breakdown. Dezi recommended pairing my favorite Big G cereals with colorful fruits like strawberries, and bananas. I also add in yogurt as well for the extra probiotic boost. Healthy gut is a healthy mind. Its all about balance! This is a fun breakfast/snack that only took a few minutes to make. Dezi is a father as well and understands how hard it is to get kids to eat their fruits and vegetables. I know we as parents get paranoid If our kids are getting all the nutrients they need. He reassured me that adding in Big G cereals as a snack/breakfast can help my kids get fiber, probiotics, iron, vitamin c, vitamin 12, and more in just one serving!
I was diagnosed with Celiac disease at a very young age. I never got to enjoy cereal. My 3 kids have also all been diagnosed with Celiac as well. I never want them to go through what I did as a kid and always feel left out, or awkward when spending the night at friends houses. Im so happy that General Mills made so many of their cereals gluten free. They have over 1000 gluten free products now! Im thrilled with the memories and nutrients my children are getting by enjoying a bowl of cereal. Thank you General Mills!
